What is the shelf life of your products after opening? 

Loose Powder: 6 months 

Pressed Powders: 12 months 

Balms / Oils: 6 months

Are all your products Vegan? 

Not all the items in the store are vegan. Some products may contain beeswax or honey which is considered vegetarian. Please check full ingredients at the bottom of each product page. 

Do you test on animals?

Zoja Beauty does NOT conduct product or ingredient tests of any kind on animals. Our suppliers are also cruelty free. 

Does your vitamin E contain soy?

Yes, the vitamin E used in our products is vegetable based with soy. 

Are your products good for acne prone skin?

Yes. We use gentle ingredients that are safe to use on acne. However, individual allergies and sensitivities can cause irritation and breakouts so we always suggest doing a patch test prior to using any product. 

Are there parabens in your products?

No, we do not use synthetic parabens in any of our products.

How long will my order take to ship? 

We currently have a 1-3 business day processing time. 

Do you use non-nano zinc oxide?

Yes! We use zinc oxide powder that is uncoated, Vegan and Kosher Certified. With a cosmetic grade size of 325 nm and won't absorb into the skin.
